CF1 Form…

Whilst filling in your CF1 Form you will be asked for our AALA (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority) Number.

• Eaton Vale’s activities don’t fall into the remit of AALA therefore we don’t have a number.

In the event of a number not being available you will be required to put the instructors name for each activity.

• For this information we ask you to write ‘Site Specific Staff’.
