Kayaking
In control of your own kayak. Instructional sessions, fun and games or river trips. Sessions are pitched at the ability level of the group and how wet they want to get! Qualified and experienced instructors will help each participant to succeed. Some physical awareness and strength is required. Buoyancy aids are provided and must fit. Very small children may not be able to take part; a minimum age of 8 is suggested.
