Iceni House is a purpose built centre that provides a high quality residential facility designed for groups of all kinds.
Our nine campsites are separated by trees and wooded areas, camp site size's vary and can accommodate groups of around
10- 75 people.
Iceni House residential accommodation
A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking at Iceni house.
Deposits are non returnable but will be deducted from your final invoice.
There is a minimum charge of £250 per day, for the house.
Norfolk Scouts & Guides
£10.50 per person, per day.
All Other Youth Groups inc.
Schools
£14 per person, per day.
Other Groups and Private
Hire
£17.50 per person, per day.
Catering is available at
extra cost.
Camping accommodation
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits are non returnable, but will be deducted from your final invoice.
Site 3, 4, 7 & 8 has an additional fee of £2.50 per day for use of electricity and fridge.

£6 per day.

Day Visitors
£2.50 per day.
Bookings for residential and campsite accommodation must be in writing and with a booking deposit. Telephone and email enquires are welcome, but will not be regarded as a confirmed booking.
How to Book
Call us on 01603 501228 or email office@eatonvale.co.uk to check availability of accommodation and activities. We will need to know your name, address and numbers you are bringing. Once you have agreed dates with us, please download the relevant booking form from our downloads page on the website www.eatonvale.co.uk and complete all the fields on the form.
As well as the booking form you need to send in the required deposit stated at the top of the form. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. Once your deposit and booking form is received, we will confirm in writing and outline the details of your visit. Any outstanding balance will be need to paid on arrival. Download Booking Form
