Booking Conditions |
Bookings can only be accepted in writing and accompanied
with the appropriate deposit. A receipt will be sent to the address you
provide to confirm your booking |

Provisional Bookings |
We welcome enquires about enquires about bookings and
understand that there may be a number of people to consult with over
dates. We will accept provisional booking but can only hold them for 14
days from the date of your enquiry. After that time we will require a
written booking form and deposit. We will do all we can to help you but
it remains your responsibility to ensure that your booking is confirmed. |

How to book |
Please check the availability of the facilities you require before you
fill in the booking form. This can be done by contacting the Centre
office. Then fill in the booking form for the facility you require and
send it with your booking deposit to Eaton Vale Activity Centre. |

Booking Deposits |
A deposit is required at the time of your
booking. A receipt will be sent to you as confirmation.
Deposits are not refundable, but will be deducted from your total
invoice at the end of your event.

How to pay |
Payment of deposits and fees can be made by cash or by cheque in pounds
sterling. We do not accept credit cards. Scout and Guide districts and
divisions and local authorities can be invoiced, our terms are nett 30
days. Cheques should be payable to 'Eaton Vale Activity Centre' |
