How to book

1. Check availability

For Holiday Club availability and to book your place online, please visit our book online section of the website.

For everything else, please contact us (details found on the contact page) to check our availability.

We can provisionally hold a booking for 14 days.

2. Download a booking form

Go to the downloads section of the website and download the booking form that applies to your booking (please contact us if you are unsure).

We can no longer accept Holiday Club booking forms. You must book online for Holiday Club.

3. Return with a deposit

Return your complete booking form with your deposit and we’ll book it for you. You will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Deposits do not apply to Birthday Parties and Holiday Club. Please see the top of your booking form for deposit details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ‘pencil in’ a booking?

Yes. We can make a provisional booking for your group, which can be held for 14 days. Within this time, we ask for a completed booking form and a deposit to confirm your booking.

How much is the deposit?

Each deposit amount can be found on the individual booking forms.

I have made a booking but our final numbers have changed. Is there anything I can do about that?

You can change your final numbers up to 28 days before your arrival date.

What is the maximum group number for activity sessions?

Group sizes cannot exceed 16 participants per activity. Only senior members of staff can increase these.
