Come and join us for 5 hours of drop in sessions at Eaton Vale. There will be outdoor activities ran under the lights and, a few that will be taking place in the dark!

If you want to use a unit cheque to pay, while booking in the ‘Add Discount Code / Voucher’ box enter ‘UNITCHEQUE’ which will allow you to check out for no cost, the office will then send your invoice and you will have 14 days to make payment. You will need to pay for the number booked.
Bookings will close on Friday 14th October

£16 Young Person overnight ticket
£8 Leader overnight ticket
£10 Young Person evening only ticket
£4 leader evening only ticket
Evening only tickets will get a BBQ.
Overnight tickets will get a BBQ and breakfast the following morning.

Activities
During the event young people will be able to freely wander around site taking part in the activities that they would like to take part in.
Activities that we plan to be running that evening include:

• Grass Sledges
• Go Karts
• Firelighting
Overnight
Please be aware that young people may be sharing bedrooms/cabins with members from other units and members that they do not know, this is the same for adults. We may mix genders on each floor/within the Tented village however will not do so within bedrooms. We will ensure that at least one adult from each group is on the same floor/Tented Village space for the night, however cannot guarantee that all adults will be on the same floor/within the Tented Village.
If your young people or your leadership team have additional needs that may mean they need specific adults in specific places, please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate this where we can.
Please be aware that a member of the EVAC team will not be residing onsite overnight, you will be provided with an emergency number to contact should you need to overnight.
