Come and join us on Friday October 25th for 5 hours of drop in sessions at Eaton Vale. There will be outdoor activities ran under the lights and, a few that will be taking place in the dark!

There is a Pasta Bolognese and garlic bread partway through the night
Glow sticks galore and UV paint to guide the way.
Cost:
£26 Young Person overnight ticket
£10 Leader overnight ticket (max 2 at this price)
£15 Leader overnight ticket (for anyone over the limit of 2)
£16 Young Person evening only ticket
£6 leader evening only ticket
Evening only tickets will get a Pasta Bolognese and garlic bread.
Overnight tickets will get a Pasta Bolognese and garlic bread, and breakfast the following morning.

Activities
During the event young people will be able to freely wander around site taking part in the activities that they would like to take part in.
Activities that we plan to be running that evening include:
•Canoeing – run by the Norfolk Scouts Canoeing Team (we will be running canoeing as a dry session, but we would advise that as a leader you bring for your group an emergency change of clothes in case any of your young people need to change after the session)
• Air Rifles – Run by Norfolk Scouts 177. Rangers
• Archery
• Fire Lighting
• Go Karts
• Grass Sledging
• Crate Stacking
• Climbing Challenge
• Trapeze
• Indoor Climbing
• Obstacle Course
• Cave Bus
Overnight
Please be aware that young people may be sharing bedrooms with members from other units and members that they do not know, this is the same for adults. We may mix genders on each floor however will not do so within bedrooms. We will ensure that at least one adult from each group is on the same floor for the night, however cannot guarantee that all adults will be on the same floor.
If your young people or your leadership team have additional needs that may mean they need specific adults in specific places, please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate this where we can.
Please be aware that a member of the EVAC team will not be residing onsite overnight, you will be provided with an emergency number to contact should you need to overnight.
