This event is only for members of the Scout section and is not open to other sections (e.g Beavers, Cubs, Explorers).
Eaton Vale Badge Days take place throughout the year, allowing members of Scouts to earn badges for outdoor activities.
We are running paddlesports badge days on 12th and 25th August 2026, working towards the Paddle Sports Staged Activity Badge. During the day you will take part in kayaking, and will be on the water for a majority of the day. There is the opportunity to earn up to Paddle Sports Stage 3 on the day. You do not need to attend both days to earn the badges, each day runs separately.
During the day we will also informally test your knowledge and understanding in order to meet the elements of the badge. If you meet the criteria for the badges, our instructors will award you the badges at the end of the day.

Leaders are welcome, but not required for this event.
Cost
The cost for this event is £33 per person, including the badge. Please bring lunch and a water bottle.
