Eaton Vale is the ideal location for you and your team to break away from the office and into the great outdoors. Whether you want to work on team bonding and build team work skills, or have a friendly competition among individuals, we’ve got options to suit all aims and objectives!

You can put your team through their paces with one specific activity, or see them bond with a full or half day program! Whether it’s Crate Stacking or Canoeing, we have a long list of exciting challenges that are perfect for getting the best out of your team and building them up to be stronger than ever.

Here are some sample programs, all of which can be edited or adjusted to meet your needs.

Raft wars (whole day) 3-4 sessions

Upon arrival the group will split into teams, and spend the morning taking part in separate activities to earn points they can spend on items to build their raft. Examples of these sessions could be Jacobs Ladder, Trapeze, or any of the target sports.

The afternoon would consist of a variety of team building challenges, followed by pitching their raft to an instructor – having to first make it in mini scale out of thread spools, string and small sticks. Once signed off or improved by the instructor, the team can start production on the real thing. Winner is decided on the first raft to paddle up and back down the river.

A day like this promotes teamwork, peer encouragement and motivation, team spirt, creative thinking, problem solving, pitching skills and a healthy lifestyle.
