With the Paris 2024 on the horizon we are going to be running Olympic themed sessions for Scouting and Guiding, making it easy and straightforward to touch on the Olympic games as part of your programme.
We have a different offer for each age group and sessions are priced at our regular prices
Squirrels, Beavers, and Rainbows
For your younger members the sessions will start with them designing and making their own flag, which they will the parade around in a small opening ceremony.
They will then have a go racing around our obstacle course for what would be an action packed evening for sure.

Cubs and Brownies
Cubs and Brownies will be able to take part in the Olympic sport of Archery. Our instructors will talk them through how to safely shoot, and throw in a few Olympic facts. While they wait for their go, they will also be able to design and make their own flag, and at the end of the session we will have a short closing ceremony for them to proudly display their own flags.

Scouts, Guides, Explorers, and Rangers
For the older sections they will be able to take part of the Olympic sport of Kayaking, which as featured in every Olympics since 1936! We will be giving sprint kayaking and slalom kayaking (well as close as we can get on a flat river) a go.
